AuthLookup.com is a DNS lookup tool for checking public DNS records from recursive resolvers and authoritative nameservers.

It can query common record types including A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SOA, CAA, SRV, DS, DNSKEY, HTTPS, and SVCB. See DNS Terminology for a practical explanation of what these records are used for.

Resolver Options

• Cloudflare DNS for a fast public recursive view.
• Google DNS for a second public recursive view.
• Quad9 DNS for another public recursive view with its own resolver policy.
• Authoritative nameservers for the source-of-truth response from the domain's delegated DNS servers.
